We started the month by a visit to the doctors (Tracy that is) I kept getting sharp pains in my abdomen so I went to see the GP who then sent me for a pelvic scan of which I went too on the 15th, the results are that I have a very large cyst growing on my right ovary which is 7 inch big  this cyst also has little cysts growing on it, I also have a cyst on my left ovary but at the moment that's not worrying the doc's. I had to have a blood test to rule out cancer, it's a test done for the protein called c-125 but unfortunately this test isn't 100% but my results came back THANKFULLY ok. As a result of all this I had to see a gynaecologist who has told me that I need surgery but unsure which route to take until they open me up.

The pain has got worse over the month and as a result I am now off work sick (21st). The gynaecologist told us that he would try and get me in for the 14th November There will be more on this as and when i find out what is happening.

As for the weather October has been dry with only a couple of days where it has rained, by the end of the month it was getting that winter feel, and the clocks went back an hour so the days are shorter, it is now dark at 4pm.

The other thing is that we don't have a car now due to both the Heap.........Oops i mean Jeep and now the landie failing their MOT's, we did think that it would be cheaper to get the jeep fixed but it's looking like that thing will be scrapped, as for the landie we have a couple of lads that are willing to give steve a hand fixing it so that it will pass it's MOT.

Due to myself been ill right now and not able to do my usual digging in the garden all work has stopped for this year.
