December 1st day of December and the first hard frost of the winter and
stayed freezing cold all day (all week in fact)
Tracy had to go to the doctors to see why she was waking up in the night
wet through, the doc told me I was going into early menopause due to me
having my ovaries removed (oh very good no-one told me about that did they)
and there was me thinking that all my women problems had gone for good but
alas it's not to be. Due to this night sweat lark I'm now taking HRT but as
of yet it's not working cos I'm still waking up in the middle of the night
wet through mind you it's good for this time of year isn't it? at least I'm
not cold on a night.
Jackie has been brilliant, like I said in November she took me to the
hospital in Peterhead twice a week until the middle of the month when they
told me I didn't have to go back
On the 9th I was clean a cupboard out in the kitchen and when I got up my
knee locked up again (the first time in months) it then took 3 days to get
back to normal.
The rest of the month I was in lots of pain but my GP told me it's just
the healing process and told me to just keep taking the paracetamol (a
friend of mine gave me Co-codamol which I took instead they took the pain
away).
The weather stayed cold and frosty most days and a few days of rain but
hey it's December in Scotland so what do you expect.
We hope you all had a good Christmas.
See you in January's diary.
